How To Use Kerala Turmeric Blend

  • Mix one tablespoon (10g) in 200ml of cold water or your favourite beverage and blend until dissolved.  1 serve per day (10g) = 30 serves per 300g tub.
  • Take 1-2 serves daily in conjunction with a healthy diet and adequate water intake.

Handle powder with care as it can temporarily stain if it comes into contact with skin. Avoid contact with fabric, bench tops and light-coloured materials.

If taking a Zinc and/or magnesium supplement, consider the contribution of Kerala Turmeric Blend. If pregnant or breastfeeding, please check with your health practitioner before using.

Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
